On request, we attach the copies of the following documents when preparing the contract:

• The legal terms of our operation are certified by our copy of the company register, the permission for operation by the Police, the certificate of registration in the Professional Chamber of Personal - and Property Protection and Private Investigators, and our unique and specific professional liability insurance;
• We give a detailed account of our technological and technical equipment, and the preparedness and eligibility of our professionals in the declaration of technological eligibility;
• According to the documents attached (National Quality Assurance, Elsďż˝ Magyar Tanúsító Kft.) our quality control system complies with the requirements of MSZ ISO 9001:2001.

Our company fully complies with the requirements of Article CXXIX, year 2003 of the public procurement law. On request, we are prepared to issue the statements required by it, submit certificates and provide data.

Our property guards complete their duties based on Article CXXXIII, year 2005, the precedential legal regulations, and the obligatory regulations and instructions informed by the quality control system based on MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standards. We send these to our clients in case of signing a contract, at their request (eg. Service regulations, order of reports and checks, etc.).

In the event our clients accept our offer, our draft contract will, at their request, establish the content according to the obligations of the offer, the obligations regarding the provision of service and the conditions of service operation. Following the discussions during the preparation phase of the contract and based on your needs we prepare the plan of the Service Instructions and submit it for your approval. In this we record, according to the offer, the tasks in detail and the conditions of service operation. When making the document we take into account the conclusions of the site visit and the observation of the surroundings, as well as the data available about the crime situation and public safety. We develop in close cooperation with our clients the action plans and instructions, which in each case comply with the specifics of operation and the profile and extent of potential danger.  
 
The daily report system documents every important event of the continuous service activity and the action and report data forms facilitate the professional and quick solution of issues and events. 
The documentation of property guarding actions is done with personal responsibility related to execution. Our report system, through the quality control requirements, ensures that our actions are traceable and documented.
When delivering our service, we apply self-made forms uniquely designed for the given service site. These facilitate, especially in the case of exceptional events, the legality, professionalism and documentation of our actions. 
As the appendix of the Service Instructions among the official service papers we prepared those documents, which contain the legal framework for irregular, unique events. These documents are suitable to certify the necessary data content and course of action.
Documentation pertaining to property guards is placed and filed in an organized holder, and our property guards certify it by signing.  
We are prepared to cope with the events that have unfortunately become typical lately, such as taking action in case of bomb alarms.

In the course of actions for prevention and intervention, our personal and property guards

• Supervise and check the operation circumstances of the property besides completing security and guarding tasks,
• They comply with and can enforce measures issued to save costs and they lock the building,
• They cannot disregard the unfortunate events of recent times and the threat stemming from international terrorism or other internal motifs, which need them to apply preventive organizational and control measures in order to achieve a minimal security level, as well as the obligation to handle the given situation at the professional level which can be expected of them.

Besides our tasks of building protection we also secure, on a constant or unique basis, the events of our commissioners. We aim to stay in the background and ensure the uninterrupted running of the programs with only the necessary level of intervention. Our staff is prepared and experienced and we run the security tasks of differently themed and sized events under the most varied circumstances, adapting to the needs of our contractors to the maximum (parking, gatekeeping, etc.).

Our personal and property guards comply with legal requirements, they possess the necessary official identification and certificates. They provide the service in an aesthetic uniform as the weather conditions and the season requires, wearing a photo ID badge. Our quality control system guarantees that our property guards take part in constant and planned education and special courses. The preparation and further education of our staff is recorded in an annual plan according to service sites.

We provide property guards who have the necessary professional experience and user level computer skills, and are experienced in operating electronic security systems. Property guards, besides their usual daily tasks, are capable of coping with irregular events, executing more complex tasks and their responsibility entails delivering the primary tasks related to the operation of buildings.
